Alright, welcome back to another yap sesh with myself, which is why I'm gonna title this as a journal since that's pretty much what this post and others are gonna be like. Eventually I'll get around to using the blog as way to just make shrines and other stuff for fun, but honestly even with this post I was having to think all week about what I would even write about lmao.

For starters, I've been listening to so much Arm's Length - their album Never Before Seen, Never Again Found was an instant favorite since a friend of mine showed it to me back in late 2023 (Thanks CJ!!) The 2022 album has 11 songs and is just under 40 minutes, which makes it perfect for me to listen to on repeat while at work lmao - give it a listen at the bottom of the left scrollbar!

Otherwise I've mostly just been working, and enjoying the warmer weather as best I can, traffic on the way home has still been awful the past few days lmao, today's was over an hour long, gotta looove city living amirite? I've been thinking a bunch about writing more, and got an idea for a Twine game which I can't wait to work on and flesh out more! I also celebrated my mom's and youngest brother's birthdays over the weekend, and got to spend some time with my partner and watch more Dragon Ball Super! They painted my nails the glittery pink you see in the photo :3 Anyways tho, Zamasu is probably one of the coolest characters I've seen design wise, even if I thought the arc overall was confusing as fuck lol

Final thoughts I have right now are that I've been thinking on getting a tattoo of a scorpion to fill in the space around my elbow, and that I read In The Court of the Dragon by Robert Chambers, and I thought it was pretty good but so far I definitely like The Mask, The Demoiselle d'Ys, and The Repairer of Reputations best out of the King in Yellow stories.
