Oops I mighta forgot to actually do anything with this website once I finished setting it up, time to change that! The goal now is to try and make one of these each month so I don't have to any other blog posts like this one where I'm cramming 3 months worth of thoughts and shit into one post, cause trying to plan and type all that out feels like too much work and not so much just spitting my thoughts out. BUT for this one post I did do all of that so I'm going to split this into probably 3 or 4 sections based on each month I did miss between my last post and now.

In April, I can't really think of much I did but I was watching a bunch of good anime at least, specifically Dragon Ball Super with my girlfriend and Revolutionary Girl Utena with a friend of mine. Obviously I think I prefer Utena, and really need to make my girlfriend watch it with me, but it was also fun to just give into nostalgia and rewatch all of Dragon Ball Z and then catch up with the content I hadn't seen before. Speaking of nostalgia, the Nintendo Direct happened that month and I think I exploded when I saw Tomodachi Life 2 get announced as well as a sequel? Remake? To Kirby Air Ride for the Switch and Switch 2. I haven't really owned a console in a long time but just for these two games I am probably gonna get a Switch 2 just to play them.

April and May both just remind me that moving is a fucking scam, I spent months looking for a roommate only to find people who kept flaking on me or just ghosted me. I had to move back to my parents house, and then I found a place to move in to that was just offering a room, so no roommates needed, and then within the next week moved AGAIN. Moving fucking sucks, I hate it, I hate looking for roommates, and fuck my old roommate for generally being a PITA during and after living with them. Other than that, I got to go see Thornhill and Ichiko Aoba with my girlfriend!! Which both were so much fun holy shit, and I found a new band I enjoy at the Thornhill concert being Avoid! The two of us also got to celebrate our anniversary together in May, I got them this really pretty slab of rainbow quartz, their favorite crystal, and planned a picnic for the two of us, and they gave me this super cute handwritten letter along with a new keychain to go on one of my carabiners! I was worried the picnic was gonna be scuffed but it was actually a lot of fun, and they're better at opening bottles than I am using just a key lmao. Finally, I got to meet a bunch of my online friends from all over in May, so it was really nice to spend time with all of them and getting to see a bunch of different friend groups

Finally, in June, my workplace moved so that it actually ends up closer to where I moved just previously, which is nice. The new office took a little getting used to but it's a lot nicer and reminds me of the original office I was in when I first started at my job. Obviously I also got to celebrate pride month, and I went to a lesbian market and picked up a new carabiner since another of mine broke just before then. The home depot carabiners are cute but they are so flimsy and break easy as shit, dont get them. I've been playing more comp tf2 again as well, and also started lifting again since the new office has a gym with a cheap as fuck gym membership! When I'm doing stuff I'm feeling pretty good but I feel like once I'm at home I don't have too much to do. I also got really back into Star Wars for no reason other than nostalgia? So I rewatched almost all the films (Fuck the Phantom Menace) and have also been watching the Clone Wars with my girlfriend in between watching Hunter x Hunter lmao

As for July, I picked up a new vinyl, A Sure Disaster by SeeYouSpaceCowboy… and If I Die First. Didn't realize it was only 3 songs at a total of 10 minutes, but it was still worth the $20 I paid for it lmao. I also started doing the 1001 Albums Generator, which you can check out in the Links section of my website. I'm really enjoying the free music exposure it gives me, so I'm not just listening to the same stuff forever. Finally, I've also started playing Uma Musume and the Pokemon TCG thanks to some friends! Both are actually really fun despite my expectations that they would both kinda suck lmao. Uma has some super cute characters and the gameplay is simple but I like the strategy, and the Pokemon TCG is actually pretty fun, I first played a Raging Bolt deck my friend loaned to me and then on the mobile client I've been playing Dragapult and Goldengo. Welp that's about it for now, thanks for stopping by! Here's to hoping I check this again in a month lol
